ZZ Details — Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Purpose
At ZZ Details, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. When a client cancels or reschedules without adequate notice, it prevents us from serving other clients and disrupts our technicians’ schedules. This policy ensures fairness, consistency, and respect for both our clients and our team.
Cancellations and Reschedules
Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may be done at no charge.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee.
No-shows (where the technician arrives and the client is unavailable) will also result in a $75 no-show fee being charged.
Weather Policy
Safety and service quality are top priorities.
If inclement weather prevents us from performing your service (e.g., heavy rain, snow, or unsafe temperatures), your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations initiated by the client due to weather when conditions remain suitable will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Deposits
Certain services, including ceramic coatings and full interior details, require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits will be applied toward your service total and forfeited only in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment.

To cancel or reschedule, please call or text (707) 363-1600 at least 48 hours in advance.
Messages sent outside business hours are considered received at the start of the next business day.
Repeated Cancellations
Clients with two or more late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
